EKWAN-X Announces Negotiations for Revised Consulting Agreement

TORONTO, Sept. 23, 2005, (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- EKWAN-X is pleased to announce that it has entered into discussions with EKWAN Technology Corporation to revise the consulting agreement between EKWAN-X and EKWAN-X Technology Corporation to substantially increase the exclusive area to include the states of Utah, Colorado and California. EKWAN-X has the exclusive use of Ekwan Technologies Hyperspectral surveying instruments in these areas. EKWAN-X is presently continuing its focus on Nevada and is presently examining rock samples from the survey conducted last spring. The results from this and further surveys will add to EKWAN-X's data bank. This will substantially increase our capability to make a mineral discovery.
